Transitioning into a new room is an exciting time for your child and for you. However, with the excitement also comes anxiety; which is only natural. RHS make every effort to manage the transition from one age group to another sensitively. When a child transfers from one nursery age group to another their Key- person will change and this transition period will take place over a month period, startling with an hour spent in the new groups room and grow until a full week is achieved and the child is happy, settled and confident. Parents will have the opportunity to meet with prospective new key-person before the new arrangement is made.
